Best website design – Joomla or html?
I am evaluating proposals from website designers and some have suggested Joomla and others have suggested html.
I want the site to look good, but it must be easy to maintain and modify by non-technical people, and/or by another vendor.
Does Joomla (or other) limit the designer too much? Will html (or other) be too hard to maintain/modify?
what would you recomend and why? Thanks!

Im thinking of choosing a degree in graphic design but im not sure exactly what kind of jobs there are for it. Im ok at drawing but not that good but i have been reading that you dont need to be a good drawer since most of the things u do is from the computer. I do how ever think im very creative. Basically what kind of jobs and companies would i be working for? In my head im thinking ill be doing something with a companies advertisement, like creating logos and etc. on packages, and that really interests me.Am i right? I don't know much about web site design stuff and that doesnt really interest me too much.
Can someone explain to me every single type of job i can do and exactly what all types of graphic designers do. Thank you

I currently host with go daddy, however my site hasn't been built yet. I contacted some developers in my area, but they want me to switch from godaddy to their company. I don't want to do this, I just want someone to help me with development, but there's a catch. If I want a a way to manage the content on my site, I'll need to host with one of these local companies, as godaddy doesn't have a content manager.

After this second round, it isn’t uncommon to have a couple more rounds of changes before reaching a final design.

It is possible getting several rounds of approval on designs. Once, the final design is approved you can now proceed adding the final touches of your work and getting ready for final submission.
